How much will it cost for my logo to be embroidered on a shirt or jacket?
Left or right chest:
Refers to placement at chest/pocket level on the right or left, typically 3.5 - 4" wide by about 3-4" tall.
Pricing for a typical left or right chest is based on the following:
- Artwork creation (aka digitizing)
It is not possible to give an accurate price without seeing the logo's complexity. Most pricing is based on a stitch count, a set price per 10,000 stitches plus any setup fees. You can use this Stitch Calculator to estimate the number of stitches needed for your design. - Garment cost (provided by you or us)
Can you match the colors on my logo or artwork?
We will use our resources to match your colors as close as we possibly can. You will have final say on the color choices before we produce your item.
Can I get a free mockup/sample?
Sorry, we do not provide free samples or mockups. We will work with you to ensure that you get the best results for your order to your specifications. We have a strong committment and are known for our attention to detail.
Will I be able to see what my design will look like on my garment/item prior to pickup?
We will 'stitch out' the approved artwork on a piece of fabric and place it onto your item and take pictures of it so you can approve the size and placement prior to final stitching.
Do I have to order a quantity to get my item embroidered?
No; we do not have a minimum quantity. If you have one item, we can do one item. However, we do offer discounts on 10 or more (of the same) item
What about setup fees? What is that for?
In order for the artwork to be embroidered by one of our machines, it must be made into a readable file for that machine. Once we have created that file, we keep it, and you won't be charged for additional jobs in the future using that same artwork.
How long will it take?
Barring circumstances beyond our control such as getting the garments/items in house from suppliers, acts of God, zombie apocalypse or spiders, we can turn around most orders in 3-5 business days.
I need my order tomorrow. Is there a rush fee?
Yes, an additional 10% of the total will be charged for a rush order.
How about pickup and delivery?
We can meet with you to consult either in person or via a video call. We have free delivery within 10 miles of Fremont, California, and can ship your items directly to you.
What kinds of items can I have embroidered?
We can embroider just about anything. Some items require a separate piece (applique or patch) to be embroidered separately and affixed to the item. Here is a list of items we can/have embroidered (besides shirts, jackets, hats and other apparel):
